Ordered a nr of items few times. Very happy.Fast shipping, great store overall

Telephone doesn’t work. They sent the wrong item probably due to linking the wrong product type on their website and there is no way to get a hold of them.I’ve been waiting for this product until it became available for months and since I need to travel when I open the package realised it wasn’t what I needed nor order. Now I’m travelling and will have difficulties returning the item because they are unresponsive.The sales support is pretty bad, being aware after several emails that this is the product that I was asking them to process they did not help on the process and sent me to the website which brought all this issues. Pre sales none existing and neither is post sales. Sent them an email informing about all this issue and neither they have responded. Is not a public holiday today in Latvia, so no excuses …

Excelente vendedor, enviado al día siguiente de la compra y llegó 2 dias antes de lo previsto (por UPS hasta España). El embalaje venia bien protegido para no sufrir daños en el trasporte. Отличный магазин! Роутер MikroTik, заказанный мной днём в пятницу, был отправлен в тот же день и доехал из Латвии до указанного адреса в Германии уже во вторник в полдень. Роутер пришёл в заводской запечатанной коробке без повреждений или вмятин, дополнительно упакованный в коробку посылки. Доставка осуществлялась через DHL. Также хочу отметить приятную цену роутера, которая чувствительно ниже по сравнению с другими магазинами.
