Lovely place where you can try tasty meals. I really enjoyed my cold soup with smoked tench, the snacks were also delicious, but vegetarian pizza, you can do better. It wasn't that the pizza was bad, but something was missing, maybe 5 seconds longer to bake.

Fantastic pizza!I had very low expectations regarding their ability to prepare authentic, Italian cuisine, given my experience with other Latvian pizzerias. But this doubt was put to shame, as they make perhaps the most authentic pizza I have ever had outside of Italy. Or it is at the very least in the top ten.I ordered the Margherita and what I was served, reminded me of how it is made in the best places in Naples. The crust was tasty and had a great texture – which is good, as there is so much of it that the pizze look deceptively small, when checking the pictures.The cheese they used was good, not perfect, but good enough and the sauce was delicious. The only problem was that the base was practically non-existent, so with such an excessive use of cheese and sauce, it was a bit nauseating eating the “middle part” on its own. But adding some of it to the crust and then eating together turned out to make it a very enjoyable experience, so at least I was given enough bread with the order – I just had to eat the pizza untraditionally to wreak the benefits thereof.My companion ordered the pasta and I can’t say that it looked as authentic as my pizza, but I was told that it was good so that is what counts.The prices were average for Latvia (not any cheaper than Riga) and the service was fine.The atmosphere of the restaurant depended on where you were sitting.We got a table in a room full of families with young children, who were running around and playing with an assortment of toys. The other room (which was fully occupied, when we arrived) was much more quiet, stylish and looked more “Professional”, whereas the room we sat in felt more like a countryside living room – charming in its own right, but it did not really have a restaurant-vibe to it.I can really recommend you check this place out if you are ever in town.

We were a group of 5.The staff, atmosphere and service was good. But the food is 50/50. We ordered the fish stew, it was perfect. The gaspachio slightly not my taste because it was more on the acidy side.We also had vezuvio, funghi pizzas and pasta with mushrooms. The pasta was quite poor and there weren't many mushrooms (and pasta). If the price would be 5-8€, it would be fine, but when it's 11€, ehhh.....I didn't taste the vezuvio but they said it was fine.Mine funghi pizza taste wise was good, but the base was a little undercooked and soft.Overall I would expect more for the price and place, especially with the pasta, when they place themselves as an Italian restaurant. But the staf was nice

This was an excellent discovery that almost makes the two hour drive from Riga worth it all by itself. Warm atmosphere, decor and welcome ; great choice of original dishes ; wonderful local beer ; top Italian Merlot. We went for pizzas, which were delicious, but the rest of the menu merits far closer attention. The ‘Barley’ starter was a winner. Thank you - and for the toys available for toddlers!

Pasūtīju kāpostu un tieši to man arī atnesa - ceturtdaļu apcepta kāposta ar mērcīti. Porcijas izskats viennozīmīgi pārsteidza. Bet garša pārsteidza vēl vairāk! Tiešām izcils garšas piedzīvojums!

Vidusjūras garšu restorāns, kur atgriežos atkal un atkal vairāku gadu garumā, kad viesojos Kuldīgā, atrodas pašā Kuldīgas sirdī Rātslaukumā. Vienmēr īpaša atmosfēra.Šeit varēsi baudīt Itāļu picas, kas ceptas malkas krāsnī, kā arī dažādas jūras veltes un gaļas ēdienus. Arī veģetārieši atradīs sev piemērotas opcijas.
