They didn’t help me like they’ve told me before agreeing I have been waiting for 3 mounts. In fact, they had told me it would be finalized in 4/8 week but they are lying. And they told me that if you can’t get your insurance money, we guarantee your money will be refunded to you. Be careful and never trust them!

You don’t have to do too much. Just signing paperwork they send you. It all depends from tax offices on how fast they respond to the sent documents by EUTaxback. Took me couple of months, but that’s just how the government works. Very pleased with the results.
