Amazing service and the quality of the item is amazing. You are kept up to date the whole way through the making process. The design is sent to you first to confirm its correct then small paymente are made along the way via PayPal. I was kept updated via WhatsApp which is alot easier than emailing. I love the uniqueNess of the item. I did think it was a little pricey at first but then once it was recieved (tracking delivery as well) it was worth every pound!!!! really worth making and order!!!!

Very arrogant and not at all customer friendly as if doing some favor by taking orders!!PayPal is only option for payment n people with no PayPal can just forget of getting this product.Please change your approach towards your customer who r willing to place order. You are publishing your product to the world and still no online payment option given is really surprising…!!

I saw this product on instagram and ordered it as a unique gift for my partner. I was super excited to receive the product, which arrived quickly and communication via whatsapp was great. The product itself is really fun and unique, with our names visible on each side. It's a great way to express our love for each other in a very special way.

I first saw the product on Instagram and I liked it very much. I ordered on Feb 21st, and I paid the first half of the price ($45) for the 13 cm product. Then I received a video about the final product 7 days later. I paid the rest of the payment i.e. ($45) and they shipped it the next day.Note that they do not make non-latin letters like 'ö - ü - ğ' ...etc. My order took 3 weeks to get here (knowing that I ordered from Türkiye). I am satisfied with the product and I do recommend it.It was well wrapped up but the packaging could be improved.
