CARWIZ TOTAL SCAM COMPANYOn arriving at Riga airport I tried to find the rental car desk operated by Carwiz which on my confirmation paperwork saysDesk located in arrivals location CThere is no desk and no one at the airport has ever heard of that company. I called the contact number, a Latvian mobile number only to be told In pigeon English that no car was available and no refund will be given.TOTAL SCAM BEWARE1 star is the lowest it will let me selectThat’s 1 too many.

Не рекомендую!Стягнули додаткову комісію 40 євро за штраф за паркування, який становив 30 євро. Без попередження!Якби я знала, знайшла б спосіб самостійно оплатити цей штраф. Не повторюйте моїх помилок!

Desk hard to find, its the same as top rent. Car was very bad, had a milage of 100k was at least good couple of years old and it felt like that while driving.

Carwiz is a good rent car service, upon arrival at the rental service desk, the manager upgraded the car class for me for free and I got a brand new car of a higher class for the same money, the process of receiving the car and its return was easy and simple

What a bunch or liars. I have dripped car with full tank as filled tank just 5km from airport and 2 days latter received emails stating that car was returned in loss of fuel, send me copy of receipt for 15 eur and charged me 45 eur. I was pre warned about this company but ignored advise. Would never use them again and would not recommend. I have used many companies from airport in past monthly and never had an issue. This time unfortunately others did nit have car available to my request.

Не доверяйте этой компании обманщики они не имеют своих машин а работают как брокеры , мы зарезервировали Шкоду Кадиак у стойки молодой человек Максим сказал что их у них нет и не когда не было и предложенил Тойоту рав4 типо это этот класс, если бы я хотел снять Тойоту я бы ее снял. Мошенники
