Nika Apart Hotel

The room is nice, location is great within walking distance to the old city.The water temperature in the shower is not hot enough. It’s hot at the beginning and then temperatures drop down and it was quite chill. would be good for summertime but not in March. The fan in the bathroom is very noisy and boiler too.Also would be nice to have a big mirror in the room.

Close to busy part of centre, near shopping mall, bus stops, cinema and many shops.Stayed on 2nd floor, room was clean and served simple needs.Only slight gripes was bed was little lumpy and noisy when trying sleep.

Obiekt jest umiejscowiony dosłownie w centrum miasty przy dworcu głównym. Wiele sklepów, restauracji, barów I targ w pobliżu. W chodzi się od głównej drogi oo schodach na pierwsze pietro. Self w pokoju. Dobrze wyciszony zewnętrznie I nie słychać gwaru miejskiego z zewnątrz. Troche wewnętrznie. Miejsce na przechowalnie bagarzu. Czysto I wygodnie.

I don't understand how this is a 3 star hotel since it does not even have a reception or the possibility of a breakfast or luggage storage. The room was clean and spacious. However there were no rolling shutters or anything that would prevent the spotlight from the neigbour building to directly shine into the room during the whole night so that it would always be super bright in the room. The mattress was too firm, it was like sleeping on the wooden floor. There is shower gel and shampoo, no conditioner, and they were in small sample sizes and emptied in 1 shower. The next day the shower gel was not refilled. There was no reception to reach out for direct questions and needs and there is no luggage storage, as we know it from normal hotels. There is no kitchen, only one single kettle.

W ciągu dnia dostałem od Teamu informacje jak dostać się do pokoju (ze zdjęciami, co bardzo ułatwiło mi życie :)) Lokalizacja super - na przeciwko dworca kolejowego Riga Pasażeriu. Do dworca autobusowego Riga Autoosta około 7 minut przejścia pieszego. Koło dworca kolejowego znajduje się galeria ze marketem spożywczym. Na dole hotelu McDonald's. Pokój fajnie wyposażony. Na korytarzu znajduje się czajnik i zapas herbaty, kubeczek w pokoju. Dostęp do łazienki przez drzwi przesuwne, więc trzeba uważać, żeby odruchowo nie próbować ich otwierać jak drzwi na zawiasach. Czysto i miło. Okna dobrze wyciszone. W pokoju dodatkowy grzejnik, aby można się było dogrzać gdyby było zbyt chłodno. Przydałby się telewizor w pokoju :) Nie zrażajcie się klatką schodową i zapachem na niej - w pomieszczeniach hotelowych jest już zupełnie inny świat :)

Konumu cok iyi ve onun disinda pek olumlu birsey yazamayacagim. Bu parayi kesinlikle hak etmiyor. Banyoda soguk su ile dus almak zorunda kaldim, klima calismiyor, yatak cok rahat degil vb. bu fiyata daha iyi bir yer bulabilirsiniz.

Atvykus į viešbutį, niekas nepasitiko, nėra registratūros, jokių darbuotojų. Koridoriuje jautėsi labai nemalonus kvapas (šlapimo ir pelėsių). Dušo kabinoje pilna pelėsių, dušo reikmenų nėra pakankamai, dušo kambaryje grindys nešildomos. Labai šalta, radiatorius vos šiltas. Garso izoliacijos visai nėra, girdisi kiekvienas durų atidarymas ir uždarymas. Už lango labai triukšminga gatvė. Kambariuose nėra idealios švaros, kas turėtų būti viešbučiuose. Nebuvo galimybės pusryčiauti viešbutyje. Arbatinukas vienas , skirtas visiems kambariams, bet ir tai ne idealios būklės.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. WC und Dusche neuwertig. Die Lage ist TOP! Allerdings ist es KEIN HOTEL sondern eine Wohnung (Apartments) in einem Wohnhaus. Der Eingang war nicht leicht zu finden, da ich ein Hotel gesucht habe. Preis ist in Ordnung. Zutritt mit einem Code, den man per Email bekommt. Es gibt keine Lobby oder ähnliches, dafür eine nette und hilfsbereite Hausdame.P.S. Nicht vom Stiegenhaus abschrecken lassen (es stinkt, alt).

The Hotel isn't a Hotel, but just two different apartments inside a building with normal living Apartments. The Room is quite nice, but there is no one around, no receptionist. The door didn't open (I had the correct PIN but it was double locked which means the people inside also couldn't open it, they where locked inside!! for almost an hour and I had to call the owner who just shouted at me and could not help me. After a while, someone opened. The location is also very nice in the center, but noisy of course.
