Unpleasant experience at the end of the journey. Firstly, the driver rejected to take us to the airport. We had to do an extra trip with the rental car to drop off few of us. Then we returned the car and again the driver denied us the shuttle service (only two person to be driven). He told us either to pay a taxi or to walk from the parking (15min walk along the road and in the night) HE WASNT TAKING US. Disgusting service and treatment for a service we had paid.

Horrible experience,I and my friend rented the car from Tirana and within 20 minutes the wheel of the car dislocated and the highway maintainance team had to chase them to help us and get our cars replaced, they did replace the car with no brake fluid and we almost met with another accident! They took no responsibility and instead blamed us for it and said we didn’t have enough proof that we died. There are better car companies that you can rent - this was absolute disaster for us and we still haven’t received our money back and it’s been a week already.

Low cost car rental at Riga Airport. Located outside the terminal can be reached by a free shuttle service. Be aware that the parking lot is used by different car rental company, and also as a car parking for private car. They are working 24/7. The man at the desk was very helpful to me, very kind. The car was in quite good condition, even though 2 years old, 100thousands km, and some malfunctioning of the alarm for tire pressure and it was a Renault megane instead of a vw golf (as reserved on website). You can only drive in Latvia, if you want to cross the border with Lithuanian or Estonia you have to pay an addition cost of 18 euros per each crossing. If you want to drive to other EU country the cost grows up to 60 euros per each border crossing. With 18 euros/day you will get a full insurance coverage. Fast check in and check out in this case.

I ordered a passat class car, I got an old, damaged Ford. The air conditioning was not working. Additionally they charged me 1000 EUR for old scratches. The service was aggressive at the end when I said it wasn't fair. The complaint was not positively considered.( addCar airport Burgas from August 22 to August 29, 2020)

Very bad experience with that car rental, they charged us a lot of money at the end of the trip because of some terms and conditions they apparently have which are however not displayed on their website or during the booking process. The customer support is very rude, and that while serving dirty low quality cars.

Very good rental agency. We booked the car online and they brought us the car to the hotel. The assistance by whatsapp messages 24h. Tha car we rented was new and very good.
