I visited this store last July. The store has a great collection of really interesting wool and linen products. I purchased a linen shirt, a wool sweater, and a Latvian headband. I was told I could wash the linen shirt on a gentle setting in the store, but when I did, it shrank, became scratchy, and the material was visibly fraying. I contacted the store to see what could be done but they told me that since I had already washed it, they couldn't send me a new one or refund my purchase. I really loved the shirt, so I ordered another to my home thinking that maybe the issue was with the washing machine. When I washed that shirt in my new apartment with a new washing machine, it was on the handwash setting" with the coldest option available and the same thing happened. Socks fell apart after a few 10 wears. They implied this was normal. Don’t shop here they sell poor quality goods at high prices
