Great, clean, low mileage car and excellent service! Recommended!

Not a good experience.When we were in Parnu, our theft alarm went on and when we called them they suggested we tried changing the battery of the key ourselves. When que asked them to send us their assistance service we found out that they actually DO NOT HAVE ANY... In the end, we fixed the problem ourselves .Upon the return of the car in Riga (after 12 days) they told us that the car didn't look totally clean. Of course, after almost 2 weeks there were some mosquitos smashed at the front...He said that , by contract, we had signed that we needed to wash it ourselves before return. He said he'd do it for us but charge us €15...Then he checked the fuel and said that we were 5 litres short... We had driven maybe 15 km from filling up to the return point... Thus, when we returned the car he charged us €20.When I mentioned to the guy that I have had to rent a few cars for work and never found myself in this situation, his reply was do you know the difference between British Airways and Ryanair?" He was implying that they are the Ryanair of the car rentals and as such there are many "hidden costs" and no service or assistance.If I had known all this previously

Great customer service, cars are adequate for the reasonable prices. Rented VW Polo, got VW Polo. It was quite tidy and without any significant flaws. The owner was kind and friendly yet professional. Pick-up and drop-off both smooth and fast. No problem occurred. I can totally recommend this car rental.

I have rented a car from them twice. The process of reserving the car online is very simple. They are located quite centrally in Riga, so picking up a car and retuning it was very convenient (but I understand that for an extra fee you can agree on a different location too). The staff is responsive, readily available for questions and friendly. The cars are new and for inexperienced drives such as me it was a relief; driving them was a breeze. I found the prices to be fair. For a little extra fee, you get an insurance, can rent a car even if the driving experience is less than two years, as well as leave the country. The second time I reserved the car kind of last minute (two days in advance) and the options were limited - I only had a choice between a limousine :) and a brand new car with an automatic transmission, so it's probably best to plan your travels timely.

Probably the best car rental company in Rīga. Got beautiful brand new Toyota, reasonably priced, clean and tidy, right in front of the airport entrance. Car delivery to the airport was for free. Made reservation on their webpage and got discount, it's a nice bonus. Definitely recommend this company!

Great price and good service. My Polo had a remarkable 216k Km on it but honestly worked fine for the 4 days. The 100 Euro deposit are already back after 5 days from the rent end. I would rent again from them.
