packaging was extremely poor with a folded thin cardboard for a plastic part 4 feet long that arrived broken in 4 parts and the supplier didn’t take reponsibility. The carrier don’t take responsibility neither since packaging was inadequate. Then I’m stuck with a part that I have paid for and can’t use. THe part arrived broken in 4 and the company dont want to refund me and return the broken item ! at the begenning they asked me if i wanted a refund or a new parts , put in 1 day they changed idea and they decline all of my request ! They told me to fix it but why would i pay to fix a broken paart that i paid full price that is supposed to be new ? and now they dont want to refund me and are not replying to me ! please be aware with them !!!

The seller sent the product, idea, gift number holders, but the spoiler on the passat B5 was bad, it was short and did not fit, I contacted the seller by e-mail, he did not see, did not respond to letters. Unreliable office, I do not recommend, the goods are of poor quality

Horrible horrible horrible service.Ordered a front bumper for 220,-. After a day or 2 the order got cancelled, with the reason out of stock. It was never out of stock. I saw the day after the price was increased to 899,-. I emailed instantly that i would still like my order to go through. They said yes that is possible when it's in stock and don't worry the price is a mistake. They would inform when it was in stock" again. Waited over a year and mailed if it is back in stock. They said yes but i have to pay 899. Talked Back and forth for days. And for some reason the distributer didn't have it anymore. Took the item of the site and ignored me. No reaction no solution nothing. Never ever order here. Lie's and break promises like it's their daily business"

I ordered a tailgate spoiler for SAAB 9-5. The parcel arrived on the 2nd day. The product is perfect and comes with some souvenirs that made my mind feel good. I certainly dare to recommend to others.

Seriousness and professionalism. Mistakes still appear everywhere, initially they sent another piece, not what I ordered. After I noticed the mistake, the next day the courier came, picked up the wrong piece and in a few days I received what I ordered. I recommend!

Have ordered OEM diffusor for BMW X6, part has ok quality, came quick and well packed.But I somehow didn`t noted that it has no clips like original one and asked to return item after 2 days of receiving diffusor, but got only poor response by email that since I have purchased it on the company behalf return is not possible for no any good reason.I have contacted them via phone and they told that to make a return to the company is more difficult"
