Do not rent a car here! It took over one hour for the Sixt lady to process a family with a car. What is also shocking: another person who has pre ordered (!) a car online also got processed only after 45 minutes! What is the point in pre ordering when it takes this long?!Sixt Riga: Incapable car rental all the way. Sace your time and money and find a bolt car or any other car rental company!

+ Excellent car, very good condition- Pick up employee was extremely slow and made mistakes, our trip was delayed.- Expensive.- The return employee lied to me about not having a bathroom, even though I had used it on pick up. (Even if it's not for customers that's not what he said to me.)

Booked a car online via the Sixt website, pressed pay and I received a booking error.However, the Sixt took my booking money (confirmed by my bank). The branch did not have confirmation of my booking and Sixt couldn’t find it online.Not sure how this is different from fraud. Currently trying to recover the money.*UPDATE*My booking fee sat in limbo for a week (pending transaction) and has now been returned to my bank account. SIXT callcentre support couldn’t even identify the branch when I called them during the incident, email support were slightly more helpful.Also worth noting SIXT online advertises small cars from this branch but when we were there we were told they only have SUVs unless you wait for a car to be transported from the airport.

Nelaipna apkalpošana. Paziņo, ka rezervētais auto nav uz vietas un ir jāgaida 1h un pēc tam paziņo, ka vispār nebūs, bet varam piedāvāt citu auto par papildus samaksu. Nerēķinās ar klienta laiku. Labākais Sixt darbinieks- sūta uz citu auto nomu:) Paldies! Nākamreiz ņemšu auto citā nomā.

Rented a vehicle for the weekend and had a great experience with Sixt in Riga. Great prices and help assistant at the counter. Did not feel forced to buy any add on and check in was very smooth.

Tiek veikta nepareiza rezervācija, zvanot uz biroju un meklējot risinājumu arī biroja pārstāvji neatzvana un neinformē par situāciju. Iesaku jums taupīt savu laiku un nervus un izvēlēties sev citus sadarbības partnerus.

Very friendly and helpful service! You get the keys and contract in the office next to Radisson blu and need to pick up the car in a parking lot two streets away. Everything went flawless. Very friendly woman working in the office. We will book again!

There was no line at the counter and I got car keys very quick. In order to get your car you need to walk 5-7 min to an underground parking. The car model was exactly same that I booked. The car itself was almost new and perfectly clean.

Sixt generally does not have a good reputation but this one is Riga is really good. Smooth check in and check out. The person at the desk was really helpful and polite.
