Even though I had never been here before they were able to see me when I had an emergency. They got me in that same day and took such good care of me. Dr Itkin and his staff are are super nice and efficient. I don't like going to the dentist but I will come back here.

Клиника с отличными врачами и ужасным административным персоналом.Ни разу не записалась к врачу без каких-либо проблем. Однажды пришла на приём, а про мой визит забыли, при этом на ресепшене девушка, которая меня записывала делала вид, что она ни при чем. Со мной общалась другая администратор, но в итоге врач извинялась вместо них обеих и приняла меня в неприемные часы.Регулярно ожидание более получаса, без предупреждения и какой-либо компенсации.Не звонят накануне визита, а после моей просьбы - пишут на почту и в смс и звонят. Зачем? Чтобы я точно не пропустила? Спасибо, достаточно одного смс.Заранее к врачам записаться невозможно, всегда ответ мы вам перезвоним, потому что не знаем расписания врача. Перезванивают только в половине случаев. Возможно такая ситуация только с моим доктором, но это не ок.Клиника дорогого уровня, но в туалете нет одноразовых щёток или хотя бы зубной нити.Из плюсов этого места - доктора. Очень жаль, что на их репутацию влияет персонал, который не является определяющим фактором при выборе зубной клиники. Только из уважения к врачам я ставлю не одну звезду, а три.Если вам не принципиально как к вам относятся в месте, где вы платите свои деньги за услуги, можете смело обращаться сюда.

Even though I arrive for my appointments on time, I still get to wait for the specialist to see me sometimes for more than 25min. Happens quite often which is very annoying.Other than that doctors are doing some good quality work.

I fixed my teeth here several times. They work good, but it always cost more than they said it wold cost before i came, alot more. Later i had braces from another clinic, over the phone they told me it would cost 60eur each time to change upper and lower jaw, after my 1st visit they took 90 eur, 30 eur for first time appointment (at that specific dentist/orthodontics) and 60 eur just to change the rubberbands. After my appointment they told me its 60 eur for rubberbands and additional 80 eur for wires (both jaws). One week before my next appointment they call me and tell me it will be double price for me since I put my braces from another clinic, meaning it would cost me 280 eur in total each time! Basically the price they first gave me was 60 eur and then it would cost me 280 eur. I will never come back to this place after spending almost 800 eur at their clinic in total. There are other places in Riga where they are good as well, but much cheaper. I do not recommend this place!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Could not do a proper filling from two attempts - the first one lasted a month, the second one - two weeks! Now refusing to return the money, so looks like will have to take them to court. Avoid like plaque, especially if you are coming from abroad - dont be tempted by their website and shiny Facebook page advertising services for overseas customers. When you have an issue - they dont want to hear anything abouth it, so you end up paying double. My advice is find a better dental clinic, fortunately Riga is full of them.

I am working abroad for two month and got a bad inflammation of a root. When I gave them a call yesterday evening they were so helpful and today they fixed the problem. Modern place with really kind, friendly and competent people! Thank you very much!

Клиника с отличным персоналом. Гигиена или удаление зуба мудрости — все без лишнего стресса и с большим профессионализмом. Всю семью привела к дверям этой клиники, все довольны. И отдельный плюсик за роскошный интерьер в кабинетах.

I do not recommend the clinic. Very bad quality and very expensive
