Pilates Room

I've been taking Pilates classes from Pilates Room for almost 2 years, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the instructors and studio! My teacher, Natalja is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and kind. She gives personalized instruction and makes the classes challenging but achievable. The classes are tailored to the students' capabilities, and different students are supported in different ways as needed. Going to Pilates at Pilates Room has improved my posture, my fitness, my mental well-being, and overall happiness! It is the kind of training where you can see the difference in what you can do, but also continue to set new goals and achieve more. I look forward to the classes and love the welcoming atmosphere. The studio is outfitted with high quality, modern Pilates equipment in a gorgeous Art Nouveau building in Riga.
