Worst experience ever! Not recomend!

I bought a watch from them for 300, and it broke in one month. Instead of using my warranty they told me it is my fault and charged for the repair work. Also prices are as always 25-40% higher than in Europe or Duty Free.

Nodevām 2 pulksteņus, lai nomainītu bateriju. Kad vajadzēja viņus saņemt nestrādāja bankas terminālis līdz ar to piekritām, ka apmaksāsim rēķinu caur banku. Kad rēķins tika saņemts un apmaksāts, tad devāmies uz servisu, lai saņemtu pulksteņus, bet tā vietā nācās gaidīt vēl 10min, jo pārdevēja aizmirsa savu epasta paroli un nevarēja apstiprināt maksājumu. SLIKTS SERVISS. SLIKTA APKALPOŠANA. NEIESAKU NEVIENAM!!!!!

Great assistance. I fly a lot and was adviced against buying a mechanical watch, because of magnetic interference. I appreciate the honest advice!

Unfortunately, not a good experience. Very nice attitude when I brought my watch in explaining that it did not start properly after stopping and ran behind by about two minutes per day. The estimate was quite reasonable for complete diagnostic and cleaning. I called after more than a week to learn that a 3-year old watch did not have any oil inside and required a full reassembling at a cost that was five times the initial price. I agreed even though my intuition could not put the puzzle together. In a few days I got the watch back. It worked well for about a week. Then the problem came back accompanied by a strange sound when changing the date. Yes, I could have return to Laiks using the 6-month warranty (by the way, the shortest I have ever gotten for a watch repair) but since I did not have much time left in Riga I could not take another risk and had to go to a place with better reviews and reputation… For a cheaper price the entire mechanism was replaced and the watch has been functioning absolutely fine so far.
