I placed an order for tyres that were on sale. Initially they said that they will probably need two weeks to ship because of the pandemic and if I wanted to cancel the order to which I replied that I am fine to wait. When I checked again after six days they told me that they have already cancelled the order (without first contacting me!), but in reality they never accepted the order (I checked the charges in my credit card)! The reason given was shipping is too expensive and takes too long + those tires are on a huge sale!"You could say from the very beginning that you are not making any profit from this sale instead of this nonsense about the slow shipment due to the pandemic (I have placed other orders recently that arrived from other countries within Europe on time). Better be honest with your customers next time!"
