I have been looking to replace my Apple Watch strap and saw this shop (at the time totally empty of customers) although it had some Apple Watches and other products. When I tried to take a closer look at some watch straps displayed on the wall behind the teller counter, the girl in the shop rudely said “ No” and shielded the area as if I was a criminal trying to steal something. Appalling customer service, and a lost sale.Train your staff to be polite if you’d like more customers!
