The kitchen was very fast as I was the only one there for an early dinner. Very friendly service and tasty food as well. It’s tucked away and a bit quieter than other restaurants. The menu has clearly marked allergens, so it’s very easy to navigate as a gluten free eater!

Marvelous food and ambience and most of all the warm, friendly feeling from the people who work here that made us come back every night. Aleksa and Markuss are exceptional and we hope to see them again!!!

Waiter didnt care about service. It took forever for him to serve pre-baked bread, forgot our order and spilled our red wine on the table.When the food eventually came it was cold, raw and extremely bland.There were live piano which was enjoyable

A real gem tucked away close to the Galeria at the end of a street in the Old Town. I ordered the pumpkin soup, a puréed, creamy, I learned later, creation from a fresh Latvian pumpkin. It was topped with nuts, seeds diced fruits…pomegranate seeds. It was lovely as is the warm, tastefully decorated and renovated interior from a very old nunnery of the 1400’s era, I recall. I also enjoyed the warm, handmade rolls with three butters: herbal, pesto and a vegetable purée. As a discerning diner of the world, I award this restaurant 5 stars. Downstairs is a room which may be rented for banquets and special events. Under new ownership. Put it on your “ restaurant list”! You will enjoy your visit, I promise. Too, wonderful staff!!

The best place where I had dinner in Riga (maybe even in the whole country). We had chicken in walnut sauce and a goats cheese salad. Both were absolutely delicious.The service was also great and prices are adequate considering the area. We also loved the interior.Hope to visit again soon :)

Food here was excellent. We enjoyed the duck breast a lot. Also, we were able to get espresso martinis! Would definitely recommend going here!

Probably wouldn't recommend it with so many other restaurants in Riga, the food we got was good but wasn't warm enough for what you would expect a hot dish to be, you waited for a while and still the knife and fork came after the meal, napkins we had to ask for.
