I'm so happy I found this car rental agency in Riga. Our flight was cancelled and they got in touch right away, assuring me that I'd get the car the next day.The car was in very good condition and clean. You can cross borders to other Baltic states at no extra cost and at the end I could drop off the car in the city center. The price is competitive, the communication was great and there were no hidden fees or extra charges. I can't recommend this company enough.

We visited Latvia and Lithuania for the first time and received the car from Latrent at Riga Airport. All our questions were answered via email in advance. There was no extra cost for crossing the border. The Latrent owner welcomed us directly at the airport arrival and everything was perfectly organised.We booked a Tesla Model 3 and it was in good conditions and clean. We spontaneously agreed the return in Riga city without problem, the owner is super kind and helpful. All requests and questions are answered very fast. They really care about the clients.We can completely recommend this company! And for sure next time we will use Latrent again.Thank you again for your very kind support and time :-).

The service was very friendly and uncomplicated. Was able to change the pick-up and drop-off location, by recommendation for my convenience by the staff. The car was very clean and in a good condition (like new, even with more the 120.000 km).

I found this small agency by searching on Google Maps. Their good reviews, professional website, competitive pricing and convenient policy for border crossing (no fee for Baltic states) convinced me to rent a vehicle for 2.5 weeks. The experience was very satisfying. The car, a Peugeot 208, was in a very good condition and worked reliable on different road conditions. The owner was very friendly and accommodating by flexibly changing the pick-up and drop-off location. I can totally recommend their service and would chose the agency again anytime.

Latrent is a trustworthy company with excellent costumer service. We visited Latvia and I had tons of questions regarding car rental. Admin staff were very patient and answered all my queries. Their customer service is highly responsive (answers within minutes)...also their rates are better compared to other bigger car-rental agencies....would highly recommend to those visiting Latvia / other Baltic states

Very good experience with Latrent. good value for money. We picked up the vehicle in front of our hotel at the airport, and dropped off t to the short-term car park where the person of rental company was waiting for us. very good communication and service. we were able to use the vehicle abroad through the option provided at a competitive rate, the big companies offered this option with a high price ! We recommend this rental company for its professionalism!
