Good and clean apartment with nice location. Big shopping centre nearby and next to cycle path directly going into the shopping centre. The owner was nice and helpful and always gives quick responses. In summer the rooms at the top floor can get quite warm, but there are big windows and airconditioning. In the whole house it was clear that there is being put a lot of attention in making the house comfortable and inviting for all guests. Overall, a good place to feel like home in Riga.

I lived in one of the apartments for around 2 years. The owner is a nice guy, always checks up if everything is fine and helps you if necessary. The building itself is very nice and modern, making the stay super enjoyable. It is situated in a quiet part of the city, with great parks around it. There are convenient connections to the city center (tram and trolleybus), as well as a bicycle path if you use a scooter – either option will take around 15-20 minutes to get to the city center.The only thing to consider – there are only small grocery stores that can be reached within 5 minutes by foot. If you need a bigger grocery store or a mall, it is a 15-20 minute walk.

Auf der Suche nach einem kurzfristig Apartment bin ich bei EcoLive Aparthotel fündig geworden.Mein Apartment war mit 30qm ausreichend groß und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Wohnen und Arbeiten braucht.Die Umgebung ist ruhig und in 3min Laufentfernung zur Straßenbahn.In näherer Umgebung befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine größere Mall ist nicht viel weiter entfernt und auch fußläufig erreichbar.W-LAN ist vorhanden.Ausstattung ist auf nem guten Ikea Niveau.Danke an Roman für die nette und unkomplizierte Betreuung und Vermietung.

Šiame name gyvenau tris mėnesius.Visų pirma apie vietą – ji pakankamai atoki nuo centro. Atitinkamai, iš vienos pusės, labai tyli ir rami aplinka, iš kitos – šiek tiek apsunkintas susisiekimas su tam tikromis miesto vietomis. Jeigu vairuojate savo automobilį problemų nekils. Aš naudojuosi viešuoju transportu, taigi man reikėjo daugiau vaikščioti pėsčiomis iki artimiausių parduotuvių. Su miesto centru susisekimas geras – netoli namo yra tramvajaus stotelė, kuris greitais nuveža į patį miesto centrą.Pats butas buvo labai tvarkingas ir prižiūrėtas, jokių nusiskundimų čia neturiu. Bendrosios patalpos buvo reguliariai ir kruopščiai tvarkomos, taigi įėjus į kompleksą jus visada pasitinka švara ir jaukumas. Kaimynai buvo tylūs ir malonūs.Viešnagės metu ypatingų problemų nekilo išskyrus vieną atvejį, kai sulūžo durų spyna. Nors sulūžo ji vakare, pranešus apie gedimą jis buvo pašalintas trumpiau nei per pusantros valandos.Visi sutikti komplekso personalo nariai buvo malonūs ir dalykiški. Apie visus planinius darbus buvo pranešama laiku, o atliekami jie operatyviai.Tikrai galiu rekomenduoti šį kompleksą trumpai ar ilgai viešnagei.

Dzīvoju EcOlive apartametos gandrīz gadu . Ļoti mierīga un klusa vieta , kur netraucē pilsētas trokšņi . Šī gada laikā biju dzīvojis vairākos no piedāvātajiem apartamentiem , un varu teikt , ka visi kā viens bija ļoti labā stāvoklī , sakopti, bez jebkādiem defektiem . Personāls ļoti atsaucīgs un pretīmnākošs.Ja parādīsies vēl vajadzība pēc naktsmītnēm noteikti atgriezīšos !

100% recommendation. I have lived here for more than 2 years. The apartment was big enough and equipped with everything I needed. Especially to mention is the very good service, because I was often picked up from the airport or brought there when traveling. Many thanks to Roman for his hospitality. We will stay in contact.
