Lieliska vieta aktīvai atpūtai. Ļoti patika. Iesaku! Noteikti vēl atgriezīsimies.

Jauka vieta, kur izvēdināt galvu un ķert vēju pilsētā (ja nepietiek vēja vindsērfingam, var SUPot). Brīnišķīga vieta aktīvai atpūtai uz ūdens. Lielisks instruktors. Draudzīga un atsaucīga attieksme. Tuvumā ir pāris kafejnīcas, kur pēc pasportošanas var ieturēties.

Such a nice place

SUPošanai ezerā nebija ne vainas, taču vīlāmies pārējā servisā. Pirmkārt, nebija acīmredzamas vietas, kur pieslēgt velosipēdu. Otrkārt, klientu apkalpošana diezgan prastā līmeni (pašam pludmalē jāatrod atbildīgais, tad jāpārģērbjas konteinerā u.c.), brīžiem sāku šaubīties par pakalpojuma sniegšana likumību un drošību. Galvenais, ka atbilstoši zemajai cenai.

Sadly the worst windsurfing spot i have ever visited. Had great hopes for this place, but the gentleman (not sure if he is the owner) working there ruined my experience. Just to mention that they do not even have any health and safety measures, they also do not look out for people who rent equipment from them and they do not save anyone if they got into trouble whilst in the water. They charge €20 to be saved which is just ridiculous. I’ve been in quite a few windsurfing spots outside Latvia and never had any issues and definitely wasn’t charged for a pickup. Luckily i was rescued by the police that was patrolling the lake and accidentally stumbled across me struggling and signalling for help for over 30 min (let alone trying to swim towards the shore).P.S it was a light and gusty offshore wind which made it near to impossible to return to the initial location...Ah and also they do not even have binoculars to keep track who is where which makes it super unsafe to sail or do any other sports with them...Very very disappointing!

I just love the place. Good choise of sup boards, windsurfing gear, wetsuits, jet ski available. Exceptionally good service and atmosphere. Visited this place few times during my holiday. Was learning winsurfing. On the first session got instructor and training which was very helpful. When i built up my confidence and started to sail but wind pushed me into the bay and I couldn't get out...i was struggling :) the instructor went out to me on jet ski and toved me out to better spot where i could start sailing again. I definitely recommend this place for beginners and on windy day it must be good for more advanced windsurfers.
