I wanted to enquire first about procedures and documents so I can prepare everything before submitting in their office in Riga.I searched everywhere, their website and social media, there's absolutely no way to contact them, no phone number, no email, no contact form, no messaging... nothing!

Beautiful place! Professional and polite employees answered all my questions and told me what to do. A few hours after submitting the documents, I received an email saying that my passport had been transferred to the UKVI Decision Making Centre. I submitted the documents on Monday and already 8 days later, i.e. next Tuesday, the courier delivered my passport to me. I am pleasantly surprised and wish you success!

The passport was given in February 2022, today October and still don't have passport and can't to get through to center. Non email, non phone number. Very comfortable...

Experience was pretty close to be perfect. On time, polite and responsive employees, nice office location, perfect and understandable process. However here are few things to improve: 1. I came 2 minutes before appointment and there was a line, so I spend some time in the hall trying to fill some papers on my knees. It's not very comfortable. Few more places would be perfect. 2. It's not really clear what for I'm paying during arranging of appointment. Some services jumps into shopping cart automatically and I'm not really sure that I used all that options. A bit more detailed explanation on what is what would made experience more comfortable.

The worsties service in my life. Needed back my passport immediately. There are only promises but no real actions. Very bad and slowly services. I don't recommend to anyone!!!

Dear TLScontact Riga,Overall, I cannot doubt services provided in this office, as in the past my dad had a nice service there and staff was very helpful. People working there are polite and professional.As for TLScontact as a company, I now how an issue with confirmation email for the appointment that is due in a couple of weeks for my relative. We have paid for the services and never received a receipt, nor the appointment confirmation email. The money is now gone from my bank account. I cannot get hold of any agents in their call centre (UK number). I sent an enquiry more than 5 days ago on their Contact Us page and never got a response. This causes a lot of stress and not sure what to do.

I am now in process of submitting my Skilled Worker visa application but unfortunately some of the paperwork is still not in place, so I could not manage to book the appointment on neither the 19th nor the 20th of May. However, I expect the required documents to be ready in the next couple of days. It states on your website that the nearest date the office will be open is the 7th of June. I was wondering if there is any chance I could book an appointment with you earlier than that? Does the Prime Time Appointment service include that option? If not, what is the standard waiting time to get a decision on a visa application in Riga?As I did not manage to find any contact information on your website, I will leave my enquiry here in hope of your response. I gave you my passport 6 weeks ago! Where my visa and passport are? There is no any contact number! I wrote a compliant on the website - no reaction! I need my passport!!!

Everything was great.I had no problems finding the office (the location on the map is correct, so just pay attention to the sign on the front door) or getting inside (despite the fact that the front door is closed, there is a bell nearby).The submission of documents took no more than 10-15 minutes, because I had uploaded all the documents online beforehand. The only document I needed was my passport. The employees politely answered all my questions and later that day I received a message that my passport was on its way to the decision-making place. In 5 days, I received my passport with a visa, which was delivered by courier.The overall impression of the visit is 10/10.Thank you.
