Canoe camping, boat rent / Laivu noma Makars

Der Campingplatz ist gepflegt, sehr schön und ruhig an der Gauja gelegen. Platz ist für ca. 30 - 40 Camper / Zelte. Die Betreiber sind sehr nett. Das war das Positive.Negativ ist der Preis für einen lettischen Campingplatz und das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Es gibt nur ein Spülbecken im Sanitärgebäude. Je Geschlecht zwei Toiletten und Duschen. Im Bereich der Toiletten besteht alles aus Holz. In den Männertoiletten ist das Urinal direkt neben dem Klosett. Das finde ich ekelh.... (siehe Fotos). Bei einem niedrigen Preis akzeptabel, aber bei Kosten von 6 € pro Person zzgl. 9 € für den Caravan ist das völlig inakzeptabel. Hinzu kommt noch eine Gebühr in Höhe von 3 € für Strom. Das zahlt man nicht einmal in Deutschland.Wen das nicht stört, der findet ein schönes Plätzchen in der Natur.

We were really excited about our stay in Makar, therefore did not even consider any other campings. Unfortunately, the awful attitude towards our company started from the very beginning. The woman behaved herself arrogant towards us and made us wait for 30 min, while she was just standing in front of us doing nothing. The price for the parking, and place just for a tent was too high (21 euro for a couple just for 1 day) and for that price we couldn’t even choose specific place for our tents. According to the woman she did not want to give it to us as there was a chance that bigger company would come.. Please note, that we were 7 tents and 13 people!The highlight of our awful experience with this camping was when the guy owner was banging on the toilet door, trying to open it screaming that it costs 1 eur to visit, while a girl was in there!We ended up leaving!Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Superīga vieta atpūtai visai ģimenei :))))

Die Lage ist wundervoll. Der Platz ist sehr einfach. Alles da was man braucht. Leider etwas zu teuer. 2 Erwachsene und 1 Auto = 25€ pro Tag. 20€ wären sicher auch fair.5€ kostet die Nutzung der Waschmaschine (7kg).Der Kanuservice ist auch direkt auf dem Platz.

Prima camping om de omgeving van Ligatne te bekijken en te kanoën. Sanitair is erg eenvoudig, wel schoon. Er zijn 2 douches in 1 hokje. Plekken zijn erg groot en 6 plekken met elektriciteit. Heb je die niet nodig mag je overal staan. Prachtig in de natuur.

Sympatyczna ekipa. Skorzystaliśmy z wypożyczenia kajaku na trasie Kieś-Ligatne a kolejnego dnia z Ligatne do Siguldy. Na miejscu bardzo przyjemny kamping. Zdecydowanie polecam.
