Все отлично, квартира чистая, приятный интерьер. Находится не долеко от центра! Все понравилось, чисто, уютно, все новое, посуда в наличии, с водой проблем не было, полотенца, белье предоставлялись. Дом в тихом месте, но недалеко от центр, парковка во дворе или рядом при наличии мест. Совсем рядом магазины Максима и Рими. Вся техника новая и отлично работает, к сантехнике также нет претензий - всё очень хорошо. Соотношение цена/качество" - приемлемое."

Aparthotel in Riga 'Ventspils Loft'
The apartments are really modern, well equipped and very clean. But what in my opinion makes it great for students specially, is how uncomplicated everything is. The location is okay, it will take a bus to reach the city center but they pass very near quite frequently. Having Spice nearby is great. Once again, as a student this was really great and I definitely recommend it.

This place is very nice, clean and comfortable and apartments equipped with all the necessary appliances. Quite place to live peacefully. Location of the place is ideal nearby supermarkets, airport and parks. During my 2 year stay of this place it was a very good pleasant experience. Management is very friendly and regular cleaning conducted to keep the whole place clean and tidy.
