RED BUS HOP-ON HOP-OFF Riga Sightseeing Service

We used this hop on hop off bus tour on 28.06.2023, and paid for each person 25,00 Euro / day.It was really disappointing.Old dirty buses with dirty and partly broken headphones. Disgusting.Two times the driver doesn't stop at the locations on the map. We talked to the driver but she doesn't care about this fact. There were also no extra signs along the route, to know where hop on the bus and you don't know when the next bus come.There are much better services in other cities.Riga is just a small town for the hotspots to explore by foot. You really don't need this poor service.

Nice trip with open top bus, no problems with 10 language audio guide. For 25 euro we used bus all day, visited most popular sights. buses came regularly!

We did this hop on hop off bus tour today. Reasonable tour route over to the left bank but mostly around old town , art nouveau area, etc. Map is on the website.Would have said 3.5-4 star, except for the confusing timetable. More below.To note:- headphones are already provided and plugged in. Not disposable/ single use like some other companies.- if you want to get off, walk downstairs and let the driver know. They don't automatically stop at every stop.- tickets are valid for the day/date - NOT 24 hours. Keep this in mind if you buy later in the day.Confusing timetable - the pamphlet available on the bus says last tour at 16:45 in High Season, with interval of 30 mins. We arrived at 16:40 and a bus came and set down a minute or two later and said no more tours for the day - weekdays they are apparently less frequent and last tour is at 15:45.The reduced frequency and less tours on weekdays which is not clearly communicated needs to be improved. (the website does show the less tours - but not all customers can view the website, especially if you don't have data roaming / access to wifi).However - a redeeming factor, after a few people asked the question, the driver called his manager who agreed to do another run (there were ~8 potential passengers). Thanks to the driver for taking the initiative here (and I assume getting home a bit later to their family!)

Kein Stadtplan in deutsch.Achtung!Die Haltestellen sind nicht gekennzeichnet oder markiert. Auf der Suche nach der Haltestelle haben wir sehr viel Zeit verloren.Dann kommt plötzlich kein Bus. Weil man den um 2 Minuten verpasst hat. Da wir an der falschen Haltestelle gewartet haben.Kann diese Anbieter nicht empfehlen.

Pior hop on hop off que existe! Não tem sinalização, não param onde está indicado no mapa e não seguem os horários! Além do motorista não falar nada de inglês, trata mal e chegou a mandar uma passageira sair do ônibus. Paguei e fiz tudo a pé simplesmente porque não passavam no horário ou se passava não paravam para subir.

Просто разводят туристов на деньги. Могут всучить билет на 2 дня, не предупреждая. У меня так сняли с карточки 25 евро. Грязные наушики, малоинформативный аудиогид. Берегите ваши деньги и время!

In einer Stadt wie Riga ist eine Stadtrundfahrt eine wichtige Möglichkeit, in kurzer Zeit einen Überblick über die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bekommen. Das Konzept des Hop-on-Hop-off" hat dieses Unternehmen aber anscheinend nicht verstanden. Es würde normalerweise bedeuten

Après une prise en charge réussie à proximité du lieu de debarquement de notre bateau de croisière nous déposant en centre ville, attente de plus de 40 minutes à l'arrêt opéra de Riga... Et le bus n'est jamais venu... Alors nous avons du prendre un bolt pour rentrer... Dommage, je me faisais une joie et et mes enfants aussi...
