Royal Restaurant Liepaja
Nice new menu under new ownership, now with table service (instead of previous ordering from counter). Delicious food, good portions, attractive dining room and pricing. Booths could use an overhaul - it felt like I sank to the floor when we were seated in a booth, with no lower back support.
