We had an amazing 10-day trip to Croatia, and our van rental from VanBaltic was a huge part of why it was so great.The van was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and it felt like a brand-new car. It was big enough to fit us and all of our belongings, and it was maneuverable enough to get around the narrow streets and steep hills, which are everywhere in Croatia.Armands, the owner, was also awesome. He was very responsive during the booking process and when we picked up the van. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth rental experience.I would highly recommend VanBaltic to anyone who wants to try the van-life vibes. Their vans are top-notch, and their customer service is excellent. We would definitely rent from them again!

We rented van for 5 days and had good trip but after the trip they took all our 500 euro deposit. We cooked main meals outside and used inside hob for heating stuffs. If odour is there then charge for odour treatment and if your cleaning took 2 days or 10 days has nothing to do with us as we gave the van before time. Scratch and missing petrol is fine and even cleaning for 200 euro is okay but penalty of 220 euro for losing 2 days rent due to their cleaning works duration, who in the world does that to a customer. Your company is a newly growing one and if you treat your customers like this in your initial stage then i can only pray for its future. Hope you treat future customers little more professional way.

I liked the van very well and only thing I want to make other customers aware about is security deposit. There is high chance that your deposit will not be returned. I have attached the documents given while we returned the van and in that it is only mentioned about the scratch in damage caused and cleanliness is mentioned as clean by the owner. Also signed by both owner and customer still charged for cleaning, ozone treatment and lost of 2 days rent. Thank you for being transparent as you said. We have no hatred towards the company, this is just to make future customers aware. Happy camping

Amazing 10-star experience exceeding all our expectations! The difference it makes when everything is organised by someone in love with what they are doing and we could feel it at every step: from clear and very engaging van demonstration to invaluable tips for perfect wild camping spots to staying in touch during the trip for whatever questions we had. The van was in perfect condition, making both time on the road and during camping truly enjoyable and stress-free. We have rented a van for our 10-day Balkan road trip and this was a brilliant experience we must say!Service quality is really good and convenient, staff is friendly and helpful, they've answered all our questions before the trip. Armands is a true van lover and will answer any question you may have, will share a lot of insides and van-trip hints, we really enjoyed his company!And finally the van itself is something unbelievably convenient, don't ever consider a camper again :) This thing is fast on the auto-ban, and has everything inside you may ever need during your wild camping.Definitely will rent again!
