Ordered Genuine Bushings for my Mercedes Benz R129 , came well packed & in great condition. Shipping was about 4 weeks as expected from them to New Zealand free freight so can't complain there. Will definitely use these guys again..Thankyou

Leider müssen wir über diesen Weg gehen, ich möchte ebenfalls andere über die Abwicklung dieser Firma informieren. Scheinwerfer bestellt, dieser hatte einen Fehler, womöglich ab Werk, und wir haben diesen an die uns genannte Adresse zurückgeschickt. Es war alles geklärt, die Erstattung blieb leider aus.Leider hat man nur X Tage Zeit, um den Fall zu melden oder PayPal oder Ebay um Hilfe zu bitten, der Fall wurde geschlossen, natürlich zu Gunsten des Verkäufers - weil die Tracking Daten ungültig sind. Ist klar, diese kann man nur eine bestimmte Zeit nachverfolgen. Schade, dass man unter Geschäftspertnern so arbeitet.Mit freundlichen GrüßenR. Kreis

Their website said it was still in stock before the order was shipped. I asked them to ship, as it was available now. They responded saying We cannot add an item back to an invoice that has been deleted

I ordered a rear wiper arm and blade for our Volvo V70 knowing full well that the seller was based in Latvia. (The wiper arm had come off at a car wash when one of the sloppy American teenagers had forgotten to tape it down.)The price for the part was better than from other sellers and the part arrived nicely packaged here in wonderful Yorba Linda, California within a week, or so. (See picture, the car is registered in Nevada because I work there as a professor.) Thank you and greetings to Riga.

I read all the negative reviews and I just had to comment and post my feedback... I had a very good overall experience with them. Yes - communication via email was not fast (couple of days delay) but overall I got the answer. Placing order via their website was straightforward and despite it was written back order" - I got an update after 3 days that order dispatched - with relevant tracking number. Another 3 days and I got the order in Canada. I ordered headlights which are fragile and they were well packed and arrived without any damage. I got exactly what I ordered - no mix-ups... Its easier to leave negative review if things go wrong - but to be fair - positive experience needs to be acknowledged too. This is why I leave mine - emphasizing that my personal experience with them was very positive and they try to be fast if they actually have the parts you need..."
