I used to work there in my student times. Beware of a lady in tele-2 kiosk. My gran were paying her mobile bill, but the staff member was rude, told her to go away and come back later, because she were busy unpacking just delivered fags. My gran is 86 and it is hard for her to travel there. I hate abuse, tele-2 staff did read it on my face and to avoid any further nonsense, the customer service staff did their job in the end. But Maxima, itself is ok on prices and lovely staff on the floor

Maxima xx. Šoreiz ir viedoklis par lielāko maximu. Un tas atšķiras no viedokļa un labā vērtējuma, kādā es novērtēju mazo maximu. Lielākajā maximā gadījās ļoti nelaipna un rupja pārdevēja. Iepirkās bērns, dažas preces palūdza atskaitīt. Pārdevēja saniknojās. Kāpēc tāda attieksme it kā strādātu nevis starp cilvēkiem, bet lopiem!? Bērnam mājās jāraud stundu!!! Parasti veikalos izdara visu pircēja labā, beigās novēl labu dienu...Esam ļoti sarūgtināti. Visiem slikts garīgais. Bērnam nebija ēstgribas pēc tāda piedzīvojuma"! Turpmāk (mūsu ģimene) izvēlēsimies citus veikalus!"
