We rented a car from Prime during our visit to Riga. They made the entire process extremely easy. At pick they delivered the car to us at our selected location. Drop off was to their main office just outside of the city, which would have left us needing a taxi to get back to where we needed to go. Their friendly staff went out of their way to make sure we got where we needed to go.I highly recommend using Prime as a rental car agency.

Strongly recommend this car rental agency. No hidden costs, great customer service, the car we received was brand new and in a great clean condition.The prices and selection of makes and models are impressive. Collecting and returning the car was extremely easy and we will be using this company again in the future.

We rented a car here for our trip in the Baltics and were happy with the service and the car. We got the exact car that we had booked and the car was totally new. The pick up was very easy and went smoothly.We were helped by Daniel who explained everything in a friendly manner and who’s communication was excellent.
