J'ai effectué plusieurs commandes de pièces pour une Mercedes W210 300td surtout de la visserie, des joints et autres agrafes.Quelques pièces étaient indiquées en stock mais ne l'étaient pas (bougies de préchauffage notamment) le service m'a contacté, et le remboursement a été effectué. Bon contact avec le SAV pour ma part.Les colis sont toujours très bien emballés avec des cartons sur mesure évitant que tout se balade et se détériore pendant le transport. Les pièces sont dans des sachets ou emballages individuels avec les ref Mercedes inscrites (nickel)Les pièces semblent être de qualité origine, à voir dans le temps.Juste une critique sur les délais de livraison vers la Corse un peu long. Je recommande tout de même sans problème.

I purchased goods for Rex dishwashers. After one hour I asked to cancel the order. No reply. I sent many mails but no reply. After three days the goods were sent to me. I had to make the return in Holland even though the goods were shipped to me from Italy, to increase the costs.

Terrible service. I ordered one fuel pump for mecedes and paid 60 euro per express shipping for 2 days...I received it after 1 week and they gave me back 15 euro, that is rediculous!!! I also bought two shock absorbers and firstly they told me that I have to wait 2-3 weeks to received them and after 2-3 weeks they sent me an email that they cannot find the parts so my transaction will be cancelled and refunded. The problem is that if a transaction is refunded in paypal after more than 24 hours, you have to pay the exchange taxes, in my case from Bulgarian leva to euro, that are 25 euro! I'm very disappointed because they made me lose time for 2-3 weeks and then for their disservice I have to pay also the paypal taxes! Never again!

Ordered a Ventil deckel for Mercedes. Came after 8 weeks. And got damaged after 4 months. Mercedes said it was probably not original. After contacting FixParts no reply no proof of ordering from Mercedes thus better to buy original in the first place instead of fake original. That adventure cost me 500 EUR

ESTAFADORESPagué el envío urgente y mandaron mi paquete 3 semanas después (en ningún momento se me informó que no tenían disponibilidad y que esperaban la pieza al fabricante) y la entrega tardó más del tiempo acordado.
