After walking down the street for months I saw this new restaurant open up and decided to give it a try, it was located a few minutes away from my Marriott hotel. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The fresh sushi was some of the best I've had in Riga, with the tuna being particularly memorable. The spicy cucumbers were a delightful surprise and added an extra layer of flavor to the meal. The champagne and wine selection was exceptional, perfectly complementing the flavors of the food. The atmosphere and styling of the restaurant was warm, inviting which made it a truly memorable dining experience. The staff were professional and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

Went here for a sushi experience. Tried 3 different rolls and 2 desserts.Sushi was good but for the price per roll I would have expected more. The taste profile for some rolls didn't make sense to me because asparagus is overpowering the fresh seafood taste.Deserts were good as well but portions don't match the price tag.

I recently had lunch at Raw Bubbles, an upscale Japanese restaurant in Riga and was thoroughly impressed by the whole experience. The atmosphere was traditional and elegant with some modern touches. The Tofu and mushroom soup was incredibly delicious, with the perfect balance of flavors and spices. The chocolate Mochi desert was a delightful end to my meal. It was decadent and rich, with a perfect blend of sweetness and chocolate flavor. The staff at Raw Bubbles were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel at home in this beautiful restaurant. I highly recommend Raw Bubbles to anyone looking for a taste of Japan in Riga.

If you're looking for a dining experience that is both elegant and fresh, Raw Bubbles is a must-visit. I had the pleasure of dining there last night, and I must say, I was blown away.Firstly, the quality of the ingredients was outstanding. It was refreshing to see that everything was fresh and locally sourced. The fish and wagyu beef directly from Japan was the standout for me. It was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth with every bite.The champagne was great and paired perfectly with the excellent oysters. I highly recommend ordering them - they were the best I've ever tasted.Overall, Raw Bubbles exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was sophisticated, and the service was top-notch. I could tell that the staff was passionate about the food they were serving, which made my experience even better.If you're looking for a restaurant that serves fresh, high-quality ingredients with excellent service, look no further than Raw Bubbles. If you're looking for a new Japanese restaurant in Riga, look no further than Raw Bubbles. This hidden gem is quickly becoming known for its creative and quality-focused menu that's perfectly paired with a great selection of bubbles.I recently had the pleasure of dining at Raw Bubbles and I have to say it's easily the best Japanese kitchen in Riga. From the raw tacos to the scallop and passionfruit ceviche, every dish was a delight. The waygu beef was a standout, disappearing from our plates almost as soon as it arrived. And I have to say, the staff really made the experience all the better. They were passionate about their work and food, and recommendations were spot on.Overall, I couldn't have been more impressed with the attention to detail and friendly service at Raw Bubbles. I can't wait to go back for more. Highly recommended!P.S. Don't skip out on dessert, because the Mochi are out of this world!

Lieliska vieta japāņu virtuves baudīšanai. Jāatzīmē ļoti viesmīlīgā uzņemšana, viesmīļa draudzīga attieksme, saprotamie skaidrojumi un ieteikumi pie ēdienu izvēles.Izcili gards ēdiens.Patīkami bija saņemt restorāna komplimentus- uzkodas sākumā un digestivu- kombuču nobeigumā.

As I walked into the restaurant, I was in a state of tranquility due to the restaurant’s modern and calming environment. The waiters were very friendly and informative, starting off the meal with welcoming treats. I ordered the Mushroom Udon which melted in my mouth from the exquisite combination of flavors. And let’s not forget about the outstanding wine collection that paired perfectly with my food palate. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to know what true contemporary Japanese food tastes like. It’s a necessity to go here if you’re in Riga.
