Yoga: The yoga was wonderful. It was very restorative and I felt a new person after the 1hr class.Instructor: The instructor was excellent and so friendly. She gave a brief explanation of the type of yoga, and ensured we focused on our breathing. Each pose was clearly explained and the flow was excellent. She was also super kind sending me recommendations of where to visit and eat in Riga.Studio: The studio is located in the old town of Riga so easy to access for anyone. The studio itself is beautiful, a top floor studio with high wooden beamed ceilings. Beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to take a yoga class in.Price: The price at €12 per hour was very reasonable. The inclusion of matts for classes for that price (so no add-ons) was much appreciated.No fault whatsoever! Only praise! Any Qs you have can be directed via their instagram page.

Great teachers and really good range of classes, in a very comfortable and clean setting. Classes can get full, so I'd definitely book online first. I always go here when I'm in Riga!

If you love yoga, this place is for you! You can find here a great variety of yoga practices. My favourite is Ashtanga, body feels awesome and tuned! You will feel the difference starting from the first class. Instructors are very attentive and caring, you feel yourself home.

Great yoga studio! Really nice and calming atmosphere, some tea is offered, big changing facilities and the class itself (Hatha Yoga) was the perfect mixture of strengthening, stretching, balancing and meditation. I felt really calm and happy afterwards. Highly recommend!

Very good place where to practice different types of yoga

Nice space, well located, good schedule options! Took 2 classes there, with Kristine and Agnija - both were very knowledgeable and led really well their classes, good sequences and instructions! Classes were intense but not strenuous, at a good pace, i.e., not too fast nor too slow!
