This rental car company made unauthorized charges to my credit card and refuses to contact me with an itemized list or provide justification. They take advantage of international travelers. Will make sure that future travelers from my company do not use their service.

The worst company we have used to rent a car. We took the full insurance and the car was already damaged before us, but after 2 months they claimed that it was done by us and charged the credit card by 280 eur without any authorisation. They are robbers and not professional at all. They just want make money on foreign customers ! Now they don't reply to our calls, messages etc. Or even if they reply the answer is 'we need to check'. Because they perfectly know that the damage was not done by us and they just steal our money. But we will not leave it like this as I am Latvian, but living abroad for some time and continue with the necessary actions if they don't reimburseus money. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!
