Este alojamiento nos dejo en la calle a las 17.30 de la tarde con un niño de año y medio. Nos llaman a las 17.30 diciendo que tiene un error en la reserva (hecha 2 meses antes), y que no tienen disponible el alojamiento. Por colmo, tenemos el cargo en nuestra tarjeta de crédito. Estafadores ¡OJO!

Preis Leistung absolut ok, bewachter Parkplatz, schönes Zimmer mit Ausstattung, sensationelles altes Stiegenhaus mit defektem Lift, einziges aber großen Manko war das Vierbettzimmer war nur ein Dreibettzimmer. Nach telefonischer Reklamation und dem Hinweis, wir sollen doch die Couch ausziehen, war die ausgezogene Couch aber nur 110cm breit für zwei Erwachsene........ einer schlief am Boden...

The place looks nice on the inside but the surrounding looks like a slum to be honest.Wouldn't recommend booking here since usually 1 out of 3 bookings usually results in some sort of technical error" and then good luck finding another hotel near the center of Ryga that isin't fully bookedNote when I mean technical error I mean you drive a long way to the hotel the they tell you that you can't stay here. They don't even warn in you in advance."

Cautionary Experience - Consider Other OptionsOur experience with this accommodation was quite disappointing. We made a reservation through booking.com after a long 4-hour journey with my family. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was an unexpected issue, and they couldn't accommodate us.Communication with the staff was lacking. We reached out to them the day before our arrival to inquire about accessing the apartment and the door code. Instead of providing a proper explanation, they vaguely referred to a technical error" and suggested finding another place.Unfortunately
