Pierakstījām mazuli uz divām vizītēm pēc kārtas. Handling un Pediatrs, lai nav jābraukā divas reizes. Capital Clinic pārcēla abas vizītes 3 reizes, jo visu laiku bija kāds iemesls kāpēc kāda no vizītēm nevarēja notikt.Pirmo reizi man gadās tāda situācija, ka man pārceļ vizītes 3 reizes.

Labdien, cienījamā Capital clinic vadība. Es vēlējos pierakstīties pie Jums uz vizīti , tomēr ieraudzīju Jūsu ārstu vidū dakteri (ģimenes ārstu, kardiologu, USG-speciālistu) SANTU VILTERI, kas uzreiz liek man šaubīties, vai Jūsu klīnikas izvēle būtu pareiza. Šī daktere" ir psihiski nestabils

Cenas pārsteidz.Pirms piesakiet bērnu pie ārsta noprasiet cik maksá ārsta pakalpojumi.Pēc draugu ieteikuma bijām uz acu pārbaudi.Viņiem 22.gada decembrī pakalpojums izmaksāja 25€.Apmeklējot ārstu 23.gada janvāri par vizīti bērnam pie acu ársta samaksājām 80€.

I went to this clinic for a general health examination program with different kind of specialists. I only got my results almost 1 month after being there. I emailed the clinic but nobody answered , I messaged Violeta Milasevica on whats up, I only got the blood test and electrocardiogram send it to me. The other ones I had to complain on the phone that I had paid for a service and they didnt send it as they promise. Dr. Darta Geizane (Physician) is completly useless, my last appoitment was an online consultation suggested by the clinic because I could not be in person. I paid for the consultation and then Dr. Darta called me saying she coud not reveal any information about myself on the phone, she treats patients with suspicious. ( But I paid for the service,lool) I asked her to send to me all the recommendations in english and by email, I never got it. Even the other tests were written in Latvian, and I asked if they could write in english, unfortunatelly just the blood test met my request. The clinic is clean and modern though.

Very great specialists, but terribly greedy politics. Prior appt I specifically requested if 2nd appt will only be listed as it's described. Turned out they charge you double because osteopathy is not registered. You receive ticket for consultation + manual therapy which your insurance will not cover and they don't care at all to warn you that you will get osteopathy,but never gonna get a ticket for it. Good specialist ,but who ever runs capital clinic just wants to rip off customers. Customer centricity - 0! And the results from another of their docs - allergologist where never shared with me. To get them they require another consultation just to give them to me. If you know you paying 60-80 EUR and not getting Anything in return it's pretty crazy. Any other place sends you results online after testing. Avoid if you care where your money goes.

Very delighted with overall service, and also with the help from Medical Tourism Dept at Capital Clinic Riga. Violeta is great - she helped me to plan all my appointments within very narrow time window, stayed in touch during my stay in Riga and followed up with the labs & doctors chasing reports & test results for me. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone who requires efficient, professional medical help. Thank you Violeta & the Team at Capital Clinic Riga!

Augstas cenas, bet zems klientu apkalpošanas līmenis.Kad vēlējos laicīgi pierakstīties pie ārsta sev vēlamajā laikā, pieraksts vēl nebija atvērts. Kad zvanīju norādītajā laikā, man vēlamais pieraksta laiks jau bija aizņemts.Daktere teica atkārtoti atnākt pēc 2 mēnešiem, bet maksa par atkārtotu vizīti ir tikai līdz 40 dienām. Atgriežoties pēc 2 mēnešiem , kā norādīja ārsts, jāmaksā atkal pirmās vizītes cena!

Medicīnas iestāde nekādā veidā iepriekš (ne pierakstoties uz vizīti, ne savā interneta lapā) neinformē par to, ka ārsta apmeklējumam nepieciešams covid sertifikāts. Par to uzzina tikai iepriekšējā dienā īsziņas veidā. Neuzskatu to par godprātīgu klientu informēšanu.
