You are using my company as a third party affiliate to service rides in NYC for your clients and charging them $490 for a Trip from the city to JFK and we are only getting paid $180, claiming we have provided a bad service of not being able to do a Meet and Greet, when you have failed to provide specific details to either us or Sixt which is the company you have used to booked with us. Calling my driver 20 minutes after client was already inside the car to provide specific and important information is not professional and careless of your part. Drivers are not supposed to answer calls while they are driving. Claiming we didn’t provide the service is not true, we provided the service exactly as you have requested and paid for. Maybe you were trying to be greedy and not paid for the service you client paid you for and now blaming others for you not doing your job. Did you failed to mentioned the extra service to Sixt or to us because you knew is an extra charge? You get what you pay for!
