I am very happy with the service here. I had two MacBook Pros to repair. The diagnostics were made within 1 day and were accurate. They called me the next day to explain what was wrong and what needs to be done. We confirmed the scope, I was given a fair price estimate to avoid any unpleasant surprises.Some of the spare parts had to be ordered from abroad which extended the overall timeframe. There was a matter of urgency for me, so I kindly asked to speed up the process where possible.All repairs were finished one week before the expected date. Further diagnostics revealed there was no need to change SSD drive, so it saved a good deal of money.I appreciate this fair and transparent approach and good customer service.I would highly recommend MacMaster.
