Nothing positive to say. Painfully slow service by the lady sitting at the counter (we went on a Monday evening). After about a 45 minute wait (only 1 counter was open), we could finally approach the agent and she was extremely unprofessional in the way she responded. Instead of giving a clear resolution or way forward for our complaint she suggested we come back the next day to speak with the other agent as she could not help us. Our concern was simple, we paid full price for our postpaid connection to also work in rest of EU but it did not work in the 3 countries we last visited. The agent informed us that we had to pay a deposit for enabling this which was never told to us by any of the Tele2 agents during any of our previous communications. And when we asked for a justification for the monthly deductions in our bills for this roaming service, the lady had no response and decided to get rid of us by saying she CANNOT HELP and that we can come the next day to speak to a different agent. Very bad service, no training to staff on how to handle basic queries, she made no effort to find more information and was dismissive and casual in the way she spoke.
