Great day exploring the natural wonders of Latvia! We learned so much about the unique ecosystems and enjoyed our time with Roland, who is funny, enthusiastic, and knows so much about biology and the area. We loved the food and the Kvass!

Today I had a full day tour with Rolands, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Rolands’ extensive knowledge of the area, its plants, animals, and history was truely impressive. His passion for conservation and nature made the tour not only informative but incredibly enjoyable.I'm seriously considering returning to Latvia just to take another one of his tours, especially to explore the west coast. If you're planning a trip to Latvia, I highly recommend booking a tour with Roland!!

This was a breathtaking way to get out of Riga and see more of the real Latvia. The tour includes 3 stops:1. a walkway in and out of a forest through bogs and wetlands;2. a walkway amongst marshes; and3. a trip past pine trees and dunes to the beach.Stops 1 and 2 include stunning views from vantage towers.Although snow had started to melt and stop 1 was rainy, by the time we reached stop 3, the sky had broken, providing stunning views of the sky, beach and sea.Our guide, Rolands, was a biologist and conservationist, whose passion for and knowledge of the area and Latvian culture/history was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I can honestly say he's the best tour guide I've ever encountered. He provided details the day before as well as food and drinks on the day, and was happy to take pics of my wife and I to capture memories. We will definitely do another tour in Latvia and look forward to Rolands being our guide again.

My husband and I went for a three day citytrip to Riga. We really wanted to see the nature of Riga so we booked Roland to show us on a day tour.He picked us up from the hotel at 10 am and he returned us to the hotel at 4 pm. Because of my pregnancy I couldn't walk for hours. Roland knew this and took really good care of that; the combination of walking and relaxing was perfect for me.We had a beautifull day in the nature from Riga. Roland was our private tourguide on this sunny day. We went to see three beautifull places. Roland told us everything about the nature, the animals that live there and we had a typical Latvian lunch.We had a great day and made lots of beautifull memories there.Thanks to Roland who was so easy to talk with and very kind to us. He was even our personal photographer. Our trip to Riga was really amazing thanks to Roland :)

We met Ronald this morning for our day trip to Kemeri national park sharp on time. Wonderful person always full of enthusiasm and pleasant and extremely knowledgeable not only in his field, but overall knowledge. Most enjoyable part for myself and my wife was lovely authentic food we all had.He took care of the food detail making sure it is fresh. If you are lucky to go out with him, i guarantee that you will not regret it.The tour was wonderful not only for his knowledge but of his personality also.Good luck Ronald and I would like to mention that your chicken was excellent with rye bread.

We spent a fantastic day with Roland discovering the various habitats of the Kemeri National Park. We were picked up from the hotel and driven to the peat bog. We walked around the boardwalk and were given plenty of information about the fascinating habitat. We were then taken to the lagoon, followed by a lunch of local specialties which was delicious. Finally we headed for the beach which is bordered by wooded dunes. Throughout Roland was informative and entertaining. I would thoroughly recommend his company.

This was the best thing I did in Riga. Not only were the three destinations beautiful and unique, the trip was also incredibly educational.Roland was a fantastic guide with genuine expertise and a deep knowledge of the areas we visited, and was able to give great answers to whatever questions I had throughout the tour. Additionally, I was able to learn much about the history and culture of Latvia from just chatting with him in the car between stops. Roland is a thoughtful and chilled out guy, very profesional and his passion for his work really shone through during the tour.You don’t have to go far out of Riga to see some incredible nature, something I hadn’t realised before I arrived in Latvia.Thanks a lot for a great day!

An absolute must for nature lovers. Great tour with a great guide. I loved the Latvian Snacks that Valters brought with him. Overall, a fantastic day! Highly recommended. Thank you, Valters and i-Dā Ventures for creating lasting memories.
