Amazing experience. The lady working there gave me a guided tour and explained so much about both Jan and his family, the history of the building and about art nouveau in general.I went here by mistake because I thought it was the art noveau museum, but I am happy I did because I ended up liking this much better.

I don't care how cheap it was to get in. The dude kept following me around asíf I was gonna do something to the place. There was a tour going with old ladies and I know the lead told him about why I'm there, so he made it a point to annoy me and indirectly say that I should go. Then don't sell me an entrance ticket. I was looking for the Rt Nouveau museum downstairs. They could have told me to go there from the beginning instead of wasting my money and time. Rude, rude, rude.

Vety nice apartment and small museum of Janis Rosenthal from the first half of nineteenth century. Downsteers there is the Jugend museum which is really worth to see.

Best enjoyed in a company of a guide from the museum. A flat of the painter and his family tells a mesmerising story of love, family and culture life in early 20 century.

Absolutely horrendous staff! We came here with an elderly lady looking for the art nouveau museum, which happened to be on the first floor. Upon asking what museum this was, we were greeting by a group of very rude and disinterested people. They didn't understand or care about our inquiries at all. I even tried speaking Russian to the man at the counter. He was reading a book and didn't even look up to me! Can you believe this?! How rude can one possibly be? I tried my best to be friendly and speak in his familiar language, and he didn't even look at me. The other staff was very awkward too. No one tried to help us in a friendly manner. I felt sad for the elderly lady.. We left with a bitter feeling. Avoid at all costs!

Very beautiful museum in a beautiful building. The stars are absolutely stunning. I really like the pai tings of Rozentals.

We were heading to the Art Nouveau museum at first, but enchanted by the staircase we went all the way up to this little gem. The museum is authentic and cozy, not too costly (only 2 Eur per person) and although it seems quite small at first, you'll find a lot of interesting and authentic details here. Definitely worth a visit!
