Tallink Hotel Riga

The hotel is located very well, close to origo mall amd rimi hyper market, to centrals tation and autobus, to many busses and trams and 10-15 minutes to any place in the riga old town adn centers. We booke for 4 days at 340€ with breasfast included, normal nothing fancy but good amd the room was nice, clean the pillow was extremelly comfortable, i couldn’t imagine

Good location.Room was ok. One of the nightstand lamps didn’t work. They hadn’t filled up soap. Room staff was very friendly though.Gym is small but you can do some basic exercises.My whole experience at the hotel was brought down by the reception staff. Customer service from desk staff was lousy though.If I return to Riga, I’ll not stay at this hotel. And would not recommend it due to my experiences of the lousy customer service by the reception staff.

There are many things I did not like.I booked a double superior room which is stated that it should be spacious so that an extra bed could even be included in the room. This was absolutely not the case. The room was definitely small.Kettle was broken and even though I asked them to change, they did not do it.I stayed 4 nights and cleaning service was a disaster for a 4 star hotel.There were 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners, ans 2 soaps first day and they did not bring any the other days.No toothpaste and no brush.Room cleaning means only making the bed and addidng two tea bags.They did not change the towels at all.There was only one toilet paper!Room cleaning just disaster.Breakfast is 21 euros and you don't get much.I am sorry but this hotel is absolutely a no go.

Staff is working with great attitude, rooms are cozy. Unfortunately there is no coffee automat in lobby, so You cannot get coffee before 7 am. Room keys with magnetic stripe are not reliable. During 2 days stay i have change key 4 times

We've had a good deal on Booking for this hotel. We took also in consideration the location on city's map, the distances are really convenient for a walkable city.It is closer to many shops, restaurants, libraries, pharmacies, etc.Old town is 10 minutes away from here.The room was spacious, we had also the breakfast included.The breakfast was generous and various every day.I recommend this hotel if you want to visit this city! :)

The location was great, and it is a pretty nice hotel....when things actually work inside.I first enter my room and think 'Oh this looks pretty decent!' (A huge step up from the last place I was at) or so I thought.First thing, the AC didn't work, the TV didn't work properly as it wouldn't load and finally after getting a security guard to help (the front desk lady spoke Russian, as well as the cleaner) he also concluded my AC was busted and my tv was also messed up, he got the tv to load but all the channels were messed up with blurriness.The window to the room isn't supposed to open but it did, so if you have a child they will easily fall out. I told the front desk about all the issues but they didn't want to deal with it, it was always come back later so when they are off work I will have to talk to someone else. I also couldn't change rooms because the place was full.Only one of the workers seemed to care, unfortunately she wasn't able to do anything for me. I emailed the hotel about all my issues and all they said was sorry things weren't great, and come back next time.Yeah. I don't want to come back, you should compensate me for the fact I paid for a room with AC and a working tv, and I was provided with neither. Also I had no bed sheet! How does a cleaner forget that?!

Nice place but ordered a double bed and got 2 x singles which was a bit annoying. There is building work directly opposite at the moment in case this sort of thing bothers you. July 2033

It was perfect for our stay as we went by car. Left the car in Origo for 14 eur a night.Breakfast was super nice for a 4 star hotel in Europe.

Receptionist barely spoke English, didn't understand most of my questions. Rooms are small, but were quiet. There is construction happening in the building which wasn't mentioned anywhere, so don't be suprised to be waken up at 7.30am to construction noise.The parking lot includes a car elevator.At least the TVs have Netflix.

Pretty nice hotel near Central Riga/Old Town. Overall a nice place to stay. When I arrived the first room I was assigned hadn't been cleaned so I was given a new and clean room. They DO charge guests for coffee in the lobby which seems weird. Expensive breakfast
