Philly Cheesesteak
I'm from Philly and this is pretty close to what you would get in Philly (better than I've had in some other US cities)! The bread has slightly less chew than you'd get in Philly (but is closer than other places in the US), and you normally would not have salt sprinked on it, though I think I will start adding salt to my cheesesteaks (it works really well). Well done!
