Fantastic service! My wife has rented a car here a few times in the last nr of months and they have been so helpful and polite when on the phone, email and in person. Ansis the manager has been great,and the fleet are in really good condition. Will only ever use this company when in Latvia again.

We have used this company for couple of times now and never have had a problem. The service always is impeccable, polite and friendly. There is always someone on the phone helping with extra information when needed. We arrived late and had no problem with the paperwork nor pickup. Return was easy and without stress. Thank you!

We reserved car on website on sunday for tuesday, day before easter monday, but the reservation confirmation didnt come. So we went there on tuesday morning and they said they dont have our reserved car ready. Fortunately they checked if there is another car ready, and in about half hour they called back with ready car for the same price. Quick and good dealing, recommended.

The service is amazing! The staff was so nice, helpful and considerate!I got a better car than the one I paid for and everything worked perfectly.

To customers dont waste your time here. Give me the lowest grade car even though i pay for a 1.6 then told me in i took out the full insurance they would upgrade me for free to a better car but i have to drive to the airport so i did got there 9 people in front of me ask the guy om the phone told me i had to pay for the upgrade lies lies lies. Please go with a real company like hertz they dont bull sh## you and waste your time

It definitely should be zero.Careless employees.1. Gave a dirty car.2. Gave the cheaper car for the biggest one (I had paid for more expensive car.).3. Didn't warn attention to paid entrance in Jurmala (they have a information about it, but they will give it to you after rental.)4. Invoice was sent only after complain.5. If you found something wrong at the car you should back to the office immediately". Only in this case you can resolve your problem."

Worker on Friday March 25th at 9.20 am in Riga center, treated me very disrespectfully by laughing when I didn't have enough funds on my credit card, without telling me that it was being used for a significant deposit. Unlikely to ever use this company for this reason unfortunately nor recommended to anyone. It is important to treat people with respect and dignity, hopefully this can still be learned for some.

Called in to rent a car. The service was good to start. A bit of disappointment happened when I arrived to RIX and the stuff was filling out paperwork in the car. the employee advised that I will be charged for the car wash and I cannot go over 600km during the rental period. None of these terms were presented to me prior. After the rental return I received an email notification on a camera speeding ticket with the attached documentation. The ticket fine was 20.00 euros, but the rental company charged me 54.00 euros. Tried to email back to understand such a discrepancy but my reply bounced back as undeliverable. Not the smartest way to do business this way. Will not be using their services any longer.

I was fined 60.5 euro for entering Jurmala, where I never was. Fortunately, when I got this fine notice I still was in Riga and could argue. The money was returned but the story told about the mistake seems to me fishy.
