Seems as though there was a problem regarding the payment. We were not aware of this as we received a payment confirmation. Apparently they tried to call us the one day and we were busy so they canceled the order. This company needs better means of communication. We thought everything was fine and then we did not receive our order. They had our e-mail address yet didn't use this as a means of communication. When we tried to resolve the issue, no one would help us because they couldn't speak English. When we got a response, the response was very unfriendly. We went further to pay direct to the company and did not get a response. This company really needs to work on their customer service and communication.

Замечательный выбор товаров, но помощь по гарантии не оказывают , к сожалению. За такие деньги хотелось бы.

Единственный магазин в Латвии, где нашёлся развивающий водный коврик. Заказ быстро был обработан и доставлен.
