We got scammed, terrible experience.

Absolutetu disgraceful experience. Jana is a scammer.We had been organising a trip with Jana since November, the list of thing that she's gotten us through is unbelivable:1. She did not send us a single word about our accommodation until a few days before our arrival and only after we insisted very heavily that she did.2. Our flight was delayed one hour and she refused to personally pick us up, as we had agreed insted she sends these two guys with dirty old cars, when we had hired a 7 seater van. Then they take us to some sketchy kebab place for diner.3. Next day she finally decides to appear at 11am aftee ditching us at some hotel at the outskirts of Sigulda. Once there we ask her about our guides and the hunters, she admitted having no idea of how the hunt was going to be organised or who the guides were.4. We decided to go back to Riga while our tour operators fixed everything with her. She finally agrees to organise the hunting but she makes us rent our own van. Which we did.5. Finally after 2 days stranded in Riga we depart for Rezekne and 1 hour into the trip she cancels it and refuses to explain.Essentially, we got scammed so if you are considering traveling with her one word of advice: DO NOT DO IT, JANA IS A SCAMMER and she will take your money and run away.
