Перегородил мне дорогу!!!! Заглушил автобус, и сказал, что ему всё пх, и дорогу он мне уступать не будет, т.к. у него рабочее время закончилось и он работник года по версии журнала за рулём"!"

A company where customer service is zero!!!It would seem that the conductors run the company has today we boarded our normal bus into the city.on route at 1125 at the Liginski Cemetary. The bus turned up then an extreamly rude and arrogant middle aged lady who claimed to be the conductoress told everyone that the bus was not going into town and to get off the bus at the next stop!Has they were going to Jungosta and having a 10 minute break!We have for the past 2 weeks caught the same bus into the town and even though there has been a route change and the routes have been combined with the route 8 and 15 to form 15A/8A. This lady had no uniform High Vis on or displaying her company ID and was more interested in talking on her mobile phone.The bus was fleet number 314 and maybe both the driver and conductress have a scam going by altering the route and not declaring all the ticket sells to the company.Maybe the conductress should be sacked has she has displayed a very poor impression of Daugavpils to visitors?I call upon the management of the company to take action and make an example of the conductress by sacking her

ВЫ РАБОТАТЬ БУДЕТЕ? Или только деньги получать? Для туристов, да и для местных НАДО БЫЛО расклеить объявления об отмене некоторых маршрутов трамваев!!! Но никому ничего не надо, все и так всё должны знать...

В этом году всё ужасно скатилось. Водители постоянно опаздывают, либо как сегодня приехал на 5 минут раньше и уехал не подождав пассажиров.
