Apavu remonts

Absolutely horrible customer service and reception attitude . I brought a little bag to replace a lock and they told me it’s going to be ready in 4 days I told them to not rush and I can collect it couple of days later. Week after they told me it’s going to be ready in 1,5 weeks… No apology etc… I was shocked the way lady talked to me on a phone… Absolutely rude and disrespectful. I told her to not repair it and I am going to collect it today !!!
