Very clean and cozy, excellent location. People are rating service with three stars of less, and that makes no sense since there is literally no staff on site. It's not in their consept. And imo it works perfectly, this hotel is for people who want to have a nice, quiet visit in town. (If you're not capable to clean after yourself in the kitchen or feel the twisted need to mess up every place you go and have someone else clean it, maybe you staying here is not the best option for you - or the others staying in this hotel). With the email you get good instructions and a line to call to, in case there was anything from with the room. That clearliness and the fact this place was absolutely spotless gets the 5 service stars easily. All promises fulfilled.I liked the dorm feeling, shared kitchen and even the kitchen views to the inner court. We had been traveling with a van for weeks and this place was exactly what we needed for the one night on it way through Riga. The stay was very comfortable, so thank you very much.

To nie jest hotel, tylko pokoje usytuowane w piwnicy kamienicy. Bardziej odpowiednią nazwa byłyby apartamenty albo studio. Nie byłby to taki wielki problem, bo pokój ma dobry standard, ale w umywalce w toalecie znaleźliśmy jakiś zielono-brazowe coś. To też nie byłby problem,ale odpowiedź właściciela że jak chcemy to może anulować nasz pobyt przelała czarę goryczy. Klient nie ma zawsze racji,ale jak jest zdjęcie z dowodem brudu to wypadałoby trochę inaczej zareagować.Jeśli nie trzeba kontaktować się z właścicielem to nie jest to złe miejsce.

Contrary to the name, it is definitely not a hotel. It is located in a basement without multiple hotel amenities. I am not sure who is answering the emails, but this person shouldn't have access to customers as the responses are very rude.I had also concerns about the cleanliness of the room.

The room was very clean. The location of the hotel is great since it's close to the centre. You can walk basically in all of the main sights from the hotel. The hotel has a common kitchen where you will find all essentials for the kitchen. Also very clean. The price is affordable. Great place.

Hotel che in realtà è una specie di b&b. Si fa self check in e non si vede mai nessuno ma è tutto pulitissimo e ordinato. Hai frigorifero e cucina a tua disposizione (ovviamente in comune con altri ospiti) camere silenziose anche se sotto livello stradale. Prezzo abbordabilissimo per il periodo in cui sono stato (41 euro a notte a fine marzo). Tornassi a Riga è il primo posto che prenoterei per il soggiorno. Non è un centro ma una passeggiata di 20min e ci arrivi.

Viss lieliski! Gaumīgi iekārtotas istabiņas, ērta gulta, viss tīrs, kārtīgs, kopīgajā virtuvē nekas netrūka, varēja pagatavot gardu rīta kafiju. Neliels mīnuss - nebija šampūna, dušas želejas, tikai šķidrās ziepes rokām. Un trokšņi labi dzirdami, jo īpaši manā gadījumā, kad istabiņa atradās blakus virtuvei. Bet, neskatoties uz to, noteikti iesaku!

I stayed here for four nights. The place is new, fresh and clean. It has a common kitchen, where you can store and prepare some food or drink. The rooms are in general quiet with the exception of Saturday night, where music from a local bar was loud until late. I do not know if it is common or it happened due to the good weather. The location is good, close to the historical centre and main sites. Next to the hotel is the ex-KGB building (Corner House). If you are a tourist do not miss the opportunity to take a tour inside. Check site for availability.
