Rent car last March, very good service and helpful staff. Car was exactly what I booked. At the moment best europcar office in Europe .

Can definitely recommend! After the firm I actually booked my car from denied me of my car because they don't work with American Express (also keeping the money I already paid online by the way), the very friendly and professional staff of Europcar in Riga Airport helped me out and I am very grateful. The car I got from them is amazing and the service is honest, friendly and helpful.

EDIT: After initially charging me for €304, upon secondary inspection, Europcar representative Ieva Smite recognised that the scratch was on the car before I started using it and the initial bill of €304 has been cancelled. Thank you.INITIAL REVIEW:I rented a car from them, took photos of the car's condition before using it but did not notice a couple of small scratches on the rear left mudguard. After returning the car out of hours" they sent me an invoice for €304 for the scratch. When I sent them a picture with the car before I started using it with the scratch present their representative Ieva Smite claimed that it is just a "sun spot" and they will charge me anyway."

Никому не советую эту компанию! Сервис не описать словами. После длинного перелета и бессонной ночи мы получили старую и грязную машину без рабочего кондиционера и должны были доплачивать чтобы получить машину в соответствии с классом. А так же забронировали кресло для малыша до 2 дет и они не подготовили для нас кресло. Надо было ждать и ругаться. В итоге нашли в другой компании!!!!!!! Старое и не очень безопасное кресло!!!!Будьте осторожны! Для дополнительных вопросов обращайтесь. В компании самой разговаривать не с кем.Очень жалко и обидно.

Tuto autopůjčovnu doporučuji všem. Perfektní a slušné jednání zaměstnanců na letišti v Rize. Auto jsme měli půjčené 4 dny a vrátili ho bohužel poškozené vandalem. Zaměstnanci půjčovny nám s problémem ochotně pomohli. Děkujeme a příště zase auto od Europcar.

Rented few times with Europcar at Riga airport. Last time in May 2021. Excellent service as always. Car is new, clean and exactly as ordered / upgraded.Helpful and friendly staff. Had a late/delayed flight. Oscars was waiting for me. Thank you!Update April 2022: downgrading to two stars.i contacted Europcar airport office by email asking for a new quote.Ive got a quick reply asking to choose a different car. I replied and it has been a week now and there is no answer. I sent few reminders - still no answer.Poor, dissapointing service.
