Ето просто ужас, а не ренткар.Они обманывают на всём.Дали грязный гольф, да потом попросили 40 евро за мойку.От аэропорта до zolitudes iela 71b t тоже запросили 40 евро.Хуже фирмы я есчё не видела.Ну ничего, я екстрасенсСо временем они больше потеряют.А етот мужик и его дети больше всего.Со мной шутки плохи.

i want to warn you not to use this company services, these people are not honest. we took a car for 5 days with gps for 25 euro for a day, that was a good price for automatic car. the troubles started in the same day, when the gps broke away after a couple of hours and we couldn't use a car for the rest of the day (got no compensation for it). at the end, they gave us another one that was ok.when we returned the car, i was suddenly told that i have to pay an extra 70 euro for car washing and extra mileage. when we got the car, i was told that we COULD wash the car by hand and not in machine wash. i was never told that we MUST wash the car or pay 20 euro for it. i was also never told that there is a mileage limitation of 500 km per these 5 days, so we did 1000 km and had to pay another 50 euro for it.when i told the guy that he didn't explain me these rules before (the contract is only in latvian), he told me that he did (which is a lie) and even if he didn't, it was written in the contract, which again, was only in latvian, which i don't speak. and in the end he blamed me that i'm lying and he explained it all.these kind of rules must be told even before you get to their office, maximum at the office, because if i knew it before, i might have gone to another company. it was the first time i was renting car and i think that all the rules must be told to the client beforehand.formally the guy is right, i have signed the contract and i have to pay for it, but in the humane sense i find this kind of behavior not honest. i warn you again to beware of this company and especially a guy named Sergey.

Sludinājumos rakstīta viena cena, bet ierodoties - tās mašīnas kas sludinājumā" nav un citas ir uzreiz vismaz 2reiz dārgākas. Nomas noteikumi neskaidri pastāstīti

Please do not waste your time with a company that lies. When the car we picked prior to our arrival broke down, we were not informed about it. Once we got there, only once they took the deposit and filled out all the paperwork were we informed about the price that was much higher then we agreed to.They also knew we were going to travel to Lithuania with the rental car. Upon return of the car, we were informed that we drove to many km, 100 km limit a day and wanted more money for it. They also requested extra 50 euros for cleaning the car ( we returned cleaned car ).They really don't care about their clients. We told them that they wouldn't get a good review from us, the person told us that he didn't care.Please find a company that is upfront with their fees and cares about their customers.

Забронировали одну, дали другую. Не в исправном состоянии. Проторчали полдня в сервисе. Планировали выехать в 12, выехали в 17. День в сервисе вошёл в счёт съёмных дней, ничего не вычли. Не вернули депозит. Звоним - бросают трубку. Не рекомендуем.

Meklējām pasažieru busu. Pa telefonu sola, ka izvēlei ir pieejami daudzi modeļi. Bet tajā pašā dienā aizbraucot uz vietas saņēmu informāciju, ka visi lētākie modeļi jau ir rezervēti un ir palikuši tikai divi dārgākie.Zvanījām pie tam divi cilvēki un abiem tika solīts ka ir liela busu izvēle. Lai tik brauc un skatās. Kā var tā melot?Šeit nomas dienas arī skaita īpaši. Ja atdod no rīta 9:00 mašīnu tad atdošanas diena arī tiek skaitīta iekšā kā pilna diena. Tas likās izcili neloģiski, un arī nevienā citā nomā tā nenotiek. Klaja krāpšana.Vēl arī tāds nepatīkams sīkums, ka googlē norādīts, ka darba laiks ir atvērts visu diennakti"

The reviews beforehand are still very much relevant - this place is pretty backward. Yes, they rent cars and yes they might seem cheap - but once you return the car the shenanigans begins. They use the classic fine print trick which makes you liable for random extra payments - didn't use their prescribed carwash? Extra. Tiny bit of dust on the front panel? Extra. And so on. On top of that their staff is borderline neurotic and abusive, so spare yourself some headache and $$ and go for a legit company.

Мошенники. Заказали у них машину на Ss.lv . По телефону договаривались о цене .Цена стала выше на 30 % когда взяли машину . Много скрытых платежей о которых узнали при подписании договора. Владелец груб, лжив и высокомерин. Депозит не вернули . Худший опыт аренды авто. Не экономьте на шарашкиных конторах. Выйдет дороже.

Лохотрон. Пытаются навариться на всём, даже на мытье машин. У них своя мойка и даже если машина чистая, маленький мужичек заглядывает под коврики в отчаянном поиске соринок. И тут же требует деньги за полную помывку салона и кузова. Но денежку что у вас выклянчил никуда не записывает. Только в вашем экземпляре контракта. Когда ему напомнили записать полученную купюру и у себя в контракте очень долго противился и не хотел этого делать. Конечно, халявное бабло, машина-то чистая. Вообщем лохотрон. К ним больше ни-ни.

An absolute cowboy. Don't rent from this scammer. Will take photo of your credit card and hold to pass to scamers afterwards. My credit card was scammed after renting car in this place. Cars are not the best will try to add and charge loads of extras on signing the contract. AVOID rent from this place and use well known companies in airport for much cheaper.
